Emergency Preperation


In response to the recent war effort being waged by the United States, the Ausar Auset Society deems it wise to prepare for potential life style changes.

If an uneventful situation should occur, that causes the Washington - Metropolitan Area to be drastically disturbed, (i.e. curfew, martial law, mass evacuation etc.), we all want to be able to withstand the initial discomfort.

As a response to this need, the senior priesthood members of the Ausar Auset Society (DC), have compiled a list of items that should be acquired.

The items listed below should be placed in one duffle bag. It should last for three (3) days.

  • Bottled water/ water purifier tablets
  • Jerky tofu
  • Nut butters, jellies
  • Protein and fruit bars
  • Small soymilk boxes, boxed juices, canned protein drinks
  • Nuts
  • Granola
  • A compact first-aid kit
  • Flashlight and extra batteries
  • Utility knife

  • At least one complete change of clothing
  • Diapers, medications, etc. (for infants)
